Our Detailed Design & Installation Process

Consultation
It’s our goal to provide you with results that suit your space and work for you in your day-to-day life. During your complimentary consultation, a designer will work with you one-on-one, whether you’re organizing just one closet or hoping to transform all of your household storage spaces.
First, we’ll take a look at the space that you want to organize. We’ll talk to you about how you use the space and what you envision the finished product to look like. Then, a few measurements will be taken, entered into our 3D design software program, and after that, it’s time to accessorize! From there, we can move the accessories around and show you different configurations based on your feedback. You can also check out different colors and finishes. Together, we’ll create a design that is perfect for you.
Once the design is finalized, we’ll email you a copy of the design and quote. You should receive it in your inbox before our designer even leaves your house! Look everything over before making a final decision.
Installation
Once you’re 100% satisfied with the design configuration, the next step is scheduling installation. If you want to paint your closet first, you can do so; just allow ample drying time before your appointment. Otherwise, our installers will remove any existing accessories when they arrive.
During the installation process, our team will focus on maintaining a neat work environment while building your system. Once installation is complete, we’ll vacuum, dust, and otherwise clean up the area so it’s immaculate. All that’s left is for you to put your things away!
Lifetime Warranty
Another benefit of working with Creative Closets is that we guarantee product quality and workmanship. In fact, all wood components come with a lifetime guarantee. Call us if you have any problems.
