question-mark-premier-custom-closetOver the years, we have heard a lot of questions from our clients. Some of them are questions that we haven’t heard before, but for the most part, potential clients are often wondering about the same things. We take the opportunity to answer all questions as they are asked, and we’d like to share some of the most frequently asked questions with our readers, since there’s a good chance that you might like to know the answers, as well. Check back with us over the next several months to see some of our FAQs, and of course you can always feel free to call us if you have a question or concern.

Q: How much is a custom closet going to cost me?

This is probably one of the most commonly asked questions, and for good reason: If you already know that a closet is within or out of reach, then you can make better decisions about the entire process. It’s important to remember that since our custom closets are made for each individual homeowner, there is no set price. There are, however, averages.

The smallest reach-in closets, such as hall closets and linen closets, will start at approximately $150. As you add accessories and products, though, the price will go up. On average, a small reach-in closet will cost between $800 and $1,000.

Walk-in closets, like what you would find in a master bedroom, can range in price between $1,000 for a very basic closet system to $1,500 or $2,000, or even more, depending on the size and complexity of your closet.

What about other areas of the home? A custom pantry would start at about $500 and would go up from there, depending on how much shelving you required, whether you wanted pull-out drawers and bins or baskets. The increasingly popular custom home office might start at around $1,000. Again, the price would rise depending on the “extras” that you wanted in your customized space. For those wanting Murphy beds, also called wall beds, you would be looking at spending approximately $5,000 for a double or queen-sized bed in an attractive and roomy storage unit.

Q: What type of warranty do you offer?

Our products all come with a lifetime replacement warranty. What this means is that if anything in your closet breaks or is defective in any way, we come and replace it free of charge. It is important to us that we stand behind both our products and our workmanship, and we want you to be able to enjoy and use your custom closet system for as long as you are living in your house.
